Erasmus+ for CEU Faculty and Administrative Staff

Erasmus+ Key Action 1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals opens the door for CEU faculty and administrative staff to grow professionally, expand networks, and gain fresh perspectives abroad. The program also welcomes professionals from outside academia to share their expertise by teaching and training at higher education institutions.

Mobility activities can take many forms — from teaching and training periods to job shadowing, observation, or participation in specialized courses. Whatever the format, the goal is the same: to support your professional and personal development while ensuring a lasting impact on our university community.

  • Teaching mobility: Spend a period abroad at a partner higher education institution, sharing your knowledge with students and colleagues. Teaching mobility is open to all study fields and may also involve professionals from enterprises.

  • Training mobility: Gain hands-on experience and inspiration by joining training activities at a partner university, an enterprise, or another relevant workplace. This could include structured training events, workshops, or job shadowing that connects directly to your day-to-day role.

  • Combined mobility: Mix teaching and training in one stay abroad for an even richer experience.

At CEU, both academic and administrative colleagues are encouraged to apply for Erasmus+ funding to make these opportunities a reality. By participating, you not only advance your own learning but also bring new insights, skills, and international connections back to CEU.
