Lea has a background in environmental education and project management with a focus on sustainable development and international cooperation. She brings extensive experience in administration, reporting, and organizational development, and is strongly service-oriented. She enjoys advising and supporting researchers in navigating complex processes and ensuring smooth project implementation. At RSO, Lea is responsible for supporting projects funded by national agencies, such as FWF and FFG.
